GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
This contract sets out your legal rights and conditions.
You agree to use Breakaway Cycling website (the “Website”) only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers.
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Website for any purpose.
You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Terms & Condition and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Breakaway Cycling may suffer) of any such breach.
Photos on the website are for illustration purposes only, in order to obtain an accurate description of any product and its details you should read the product description listed.
TERMS OF SERVICE
You will be required to input your personal details with Breakaway Cycling to access certain services or areas of the Site.
We may from time to time modify or change the Terms and Conditions. The revised Terms of Use will govern your future use of our Site and Service, so we strongly suggest that you visit and review our Terms of Use periodically. Each version is specifically dated. If you do not agree to the revised version, you must immediately stop using our Site and Service.
In addition to these general terms and conditions, there are other important legal conditions concerning Return policy and Cancellation policy. To agree on these general terms and conditions means your approval and your commitment to the return policy, which are all part of a legally binding contract between us and you. You must read these general terms and conditions and return policy carefully before buying anything from Breakaway Cycling Website.
We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions and return policy at any time. Any changes in terms and conditions will apply on all new orders after posting the changes on Breakaway Cycling Website. You should review the general terms and conditions and return policy posted on Breakaway Cycling Website before each request.
We have the right at any time to modify, stop selling, stop services, sell any of our products, stop online shopping temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. In case our service stops after payment, we shall refund you, in accordance with the return policy- refund.
AVAILABILITY & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, errors may occur. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time : the following day after confirming the order.
PAYMENT
Payment for products from the website can only be made via card payments when the Product is ordered.
Our prices include statutory VAT of the UAE but are net of shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.
Shipping Costs:
UAE- Dubai – AED 15
UAE- Other Cities – AED 25
Other GCC Region – AED 75
International – it will depend upon the territory. Prices will appear on checkout page
Free Shipping:
- For orders worth AED 300 and above within UAE
- For orders worth AED 1,000 and above for Other GCC Region
Due to the nature of the clearing system your debit card payment will be 'authorized' at the time of checkout. This will place a hold on the funds, and payment will be taken once the order is dispatched. If a problem in supply should occur, the authorization will be reversed and funds will be released back into your account within 3-5 days. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on the payment provider. If a problem in supply should occur, funds will be refunded as swiftly as possible.
If your delivery address is outside of the UAE, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your Breakaway Cycling order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the UAE.
If you are using a foreign credit or debit card, you should be aware that in some cases the banks may charge you for international transactions. Breakaway Cycling is not responsible for any charges levied by banks. If you are using foreign credit or debit cards, you should also note that the amount charged to your credit or debit card will be the value of the Product displayed in AED which is converted into the currency of your credit or debit card at the prevailing conversion rate by the banks.
When you place an order for Products, Breakaway Cycling collects certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address). For details on how Breakaway Cycling uses this information please refer to Breakaway Cycling’s privacy policy.
Breakaway Cycling accepts orders for Products subject to availability. If for any reason the Products you ordered are no longer available, Breakaway Cycling will contact you using the contact details provided when placing the initial order and either:
Offer you an (can)alternative Product of equivalent quality and price if (is) this is possible or;
Cancel the product from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that product.
If Breakaway Cycling is unable to contact you or receive a response from you, Breakaway Cycling will process any remaining Products on your order and refund you for the Products Breakaway Cycling was unable to supply.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued once the Returns policy has been completed and complied with.

If an item is returned within the proper period and the correct channels of communication have been followed then an item can be full refunded.
Items that have been outlined as unreturnable will not be able to receive a refund.
If the item is approved for a refund then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 week. Any further delay may be caused by the processes of the banks or other such similar institutions.
If there are any issues with your refund then please contact your bank and/or card company to check the refund status.
Breakaway Cycling is not responsible for any fee the bank or card company may take during the refund process.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are prepared by our team, simply visit your account and follow the steps for a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched then please see our returns policy.
Once the order has been agreed and submitted you forgo the right to cancel the product/s if customized.

RETURN and REFUNDS
Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 calendar days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In the case of any manufacturing defect, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing the product.
There are a few things to keep in mind when returning your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, re-sellable, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in its original packaging, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Processing time for Breakaway Cycling
We will always try to support the customer as best as possible, but it can take us 1-3 business days to process any returns and refunds.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or for a full refund.
Refunds / exchange does not apply to the following items; Nutrition products, hygiene products, bib shorts and other similar items.
Each return and refund will be conducted on a case-by-case basis
A return or exchange is possible only if the packaging and label have not been tampered with in any way.
Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund.
Any product purchased within 7 calendar days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s authorized service center technician, as applicable. The process can take up to five business days. Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
Products like bicycles, trainers will be exchanged or refunded based on the manufacturer’s authorized service center’s investigation report and approval or manufacturing default.
If the packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.
Any custom items will not be applicable for any refund.
We do not accept DG or hazardous materials such as flammable products, gases, or batteries.
GPS systems such as sports watches or cycling computers can only be returned only if unregistered.
Additional non-returnable items; Gift cards.
We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
If you pay for a delivery service, we will not refund the delivery cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you.
Sale Items - Only regular priced items can be refunded as per the policies. Unfortunately, sale items and items purchased from our clearance section cannot be refunded for example any Black Friday Sale items.
To complete your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, this will only confuse things, send it to us and we’ll find out what went wrong and do our best to resolve the issue.
There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery.
If the items were part of multiple orders.
If the item is incomplete.
If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and the product is not defective, unused, and no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making an exchange/refund.
In the case of partial returns, Breakaway Cycling reserves the right to void any discounts and the customer will be liable to pay the full listed price advertised online.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your returned item, the QC process will be run via the service center technician. After the investigation/technical report, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund from info@breakaway.ae
In case of approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
In case of delay in refund, check with your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The TAT can vary from bank to bank depending on the policies.
Service and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.
All items that are being returned for a refund must make their way back to us before being processed and refunds subsequently issued.
If the order is returned after 7 days of being delivered, the amount will not be refunded but will be added to your store credit.

Exchanges
If you have received an item that is damaged, wrong product or anything is missing, please contact us at info@breakaway.ae with pictures of the product along with the issue with your order number for the reference. We may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any delivery charges. We replace items if they are defective, damaged or accidentally purchased.
In-Store Exchanges and Returns can be done, but any refunds will need to be done online still through the original payment method, any questions on this, please contact info@breakaway.ae
Damages
We follow the strictest quality controls while packing your order. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within the first 24 hours at info@breakaway.ae and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Images of the broken product must be submitted to us when filing a claim.
- No returned items will be accepted without prior communication including pictures.
Please be aware that the product, in reality, might look different from the photos on our website, this is because the photos are purely for illustrative purposes and do not represent what the product could look like in reality.
