The lamp housing is made of aluminum, which acts as a cooling fin for the lamp so it can get rid of the heat.
The lamp is compatible with Magicshine's remote control which is connected by cable to USB-C. When the lamp is delivered, the button is locked, it will flash red at high temp. To unlock the button, hold it down for 5 seconds, after which you can turn on the light.
If you want to lock the button again so that it does not light up during transport, hold it down again for 5 seconds, after which the button flashes red and the light goes out.
